One of those Muppets that tailgates you even though you're doing the speed limit. I let this one past after I had enough and pulled over. Then they end up one car ahead in the same queue of traffic.

This little man thinks he's the best driver in the world but in actual fact he's just an aggressive prick that hasn't got a clue how to function in society, hopefully he'll pick on someone who's actually a threat an end up getting smacked, it's what he deserves!
