Driver had phone to the right ear causing them to approach the roundabout too fast and almost crash into me.

One of those Muppets that tailgates you even though you're doing the speed limit. I let this one past after I had enough and pulled over. Then they end up one car ahead in the same queue of traffic.
Just aggravates other drivers.
