A close pass of a cyclist like this would usually be going straight to the rozzers. But I saw you hesitate when I threw my arm up and you gave the cyclist ahead of me more space. So perhaps you are just a bad driver rather than malicious, so I will give you the benefit of the doubt that you have learnt to give cyclists more room and not trouble the police with this.

Driver swerved across 2 lanes to stop me from passing him. They easily could have been drunk driving.
Driver then proceeded to flag me down for beeping them for brake checking me (after they'd swerved into my lane 4 times) and scream at me with his infant son right next to him.
I feel sorry for your child, you're setting a great example!
