A frosty-faced cow from this vehicle gave us a stern look for parking in a disabled parking bay - with a blue badge visibly on display which she would have seen when she stared at us.

Pulls out of petroleum filling station in a bend on the A6 by Cabus/Forton with a clear view of oncoming traffic from his right and the road ahead to his left (Garstang direction) clear so he decides to barge out in front of approaching vehicles and speeds off at about 60 in a 50 zone. Got caught up with other traffic so I got the registration details. Once traffic in front had cleared he sped off again.
It seems that just because the road ahead was clear he felt he had the right to barge out irrespective of approaching traffic to his immediate right.
