Doesn’t wait when pulling out from White House Lane onto the A586 near Great Eccleston but squeezing in causing traffic to break. He only had to wait five more seconds for two cars to pass then the road in both directions would have been clear.
Why take a risky to save a few seconds? You probably got held up at traffic anyway so didn’t gain anything other than increased the chance of having an accident.
