Jesus Christ, road ahead is clear, just need to pull ever so slightly to the right & drive on but this wally stops dead in the road because someone who's parked kerb side is ever so slightly sticking out. A bus could get past & not have a bother.

You're supposed to give way to your right on a roundabout. So when you approach and 3o'clock is clear but 12 o'clock has someone approaching the roundabout but not yet on it, you can still go!!!!!!!!
