Doesn’t give way at M6 J33 roundabout on the A6 near Galgate but barges out, then speeds off and tailgates the first vehicle he comes to, when this vehicle turns off the A6 he proceeds to tailgate the next vehicle in front. This goes on on the A6 to Churchtown by Garstang and then along the A586 towards Fleetwood/Blackpool.
He constantly harassed the driver of the vehicle in front and eventually by Great Eccleston overtakes at excessive speed and disappears - probably to harass and tailgate more motorists.
This driver must be mentally perverted to drive like this.
