vulgar driver constantly verbally abusing everyone standing on his way. blocks delivery guys demanding their car to disappear simply. very arrogant and aggressive. Bothwell street in Edinburgh hates him

This van driver approaches roundabouts at a speed worthy of not stopping and instead of giving way to motorists to his immediate right on the roundabout he uses his speed to barge out in front. I don’t know what he’d would do if he was in a collision course - accelerate, brake or expect the other vehicle which had right of way to get out of his way.
The van had Network and some other name printed on it and had chevrons on the back (typical of Highways Maintenance).
