When tasked with "You've parked in a disabled space" he said "I've got a bad back"
He then walks into the store one side and must have been hit by his conscience to suddenly return to his car.
When questioned "You can move it or go on to Youtube" he muttered something and returned to the store.
I don't think it's worth while me explaining who needs disabled spaces and why because clearly it would be wasted on this one. He looks educated enough so clearly he feels entitled because of his bad back.

This taxi driver isn't a very good driver,he drives aggressively and fast within school zones (Handsworth area) and also is known for being aggressive towards other drivers on the road. He is also known for fraud (accuses other for crashing / damaging his vehicle), in which he purposely damages his Ford to claim in his insurance ( known from locals within the area).
