Would like to say this driver needs to one learn lane discipline and two not bother driving if you decide to drive that bad then flip off and further cut up 2 other cars. absolute idiot, then drive across white lines on a motorway just to overtake. Get off the bloody road

Saw this guy twice in less than 5 minutes (1055 & 1059), driving down Boston Boulevard, Warrington, clearly using his phone for a call, in his right hand on both occasions.

Typical Landrover driver
Don't clear all windows/vehicle after snowfall before driving off and although has been advised not to drive/travel unless absolutely necessary wants to try to prove his vehicle is up to the job << not the sort of driver I would want to meet on the road.... lacking intelligence and understanding

Overtaking going out if scaynes hill very slowly whilst hgv was coming towards them
