Very close pass on a blind corner to the point that he brushed my elbow whilst cycling. I was cycling a meter from the left verge due to potholes -- had there been another car coming the other way, he would have definitely hit me. When approached he didn't seem to understand that his audi going 40mph would have obliterated me and saved him a some total of 2 seconds.
