Please provide more detail. See, the problem as I see it is you're a) making allegations against someone, and b) nobody else here actually knows the specific circumstances.
In other words, you're opening yourself wide up to libel and slander?
This is not a notice that I condone theft. I don't. I just want these reports to stay active especially if there is a justified concern. All you have to do is use the correct wording, including such words as "alleged". This way everyone is treated fairly and due process can reside. Otherwise we just end up with spurious accusations from all and sundry and it just ends up as chaos.
So if you can, please provide some observational detail regarding what is in this image :) Thank you.

I’m not really sure how the driver of this vehicle actually fitted in, I think he must have had some assistance. I think he would be better suited to a large truck as it would be easier for him to get in and out. Spotted at Peterbourgh Mc Donald’s.
