He did this five times then continued at over 40 along Morecambe promenade.
Pervert drivers like this driver should be banned from driving for life.

Melt smashed up her car boozed up, carried on driving to park up in a pub car park ready to report the ‘bump’ the next day.
This bint is not safe, she does not have any understanding of how a vehicle works, she can not park - 7-9 point manoeuvre on a clear open road, yet still not relatively close or straight with a the kerb edge as a guideline.
This evening takes the absolute biscuit, left several neighbours furious and traumatised a group of 4 kids 4-7 years old after driving ‘towards them’ barely just missed one child.
This woman is a tragedy waiting to happen. Watch this space!
