Apparently Lidl saw the 'incident' on CCTV but unknown what action was taken. Probably best for that driver to avoid parking there again otherwise that cheap Lidl shop won't be so cheap anymore!

With regards to the driving. Look at the layout..maybe you should drive a bit slower? Just saying. You turned a sharp bend and they were also on another bend, their view obscured. What most likely happened was the driver exiting 'let them in' so to speak. Driving slower would be more safe for everyone I think.
