Moron. BMW 730d exits M25 to M3 in M3 north lane and carves across to M3 Southbound lane at high speed cutting me up in heavy rain. Driving dangerously like a tw4t is never a good thing especially with an illegally spaced number plate "PH11L H X". Picture of this car found via google.
