Idiot in Renault Van passing cyclist closely. In a rush to get past and then zips off at silly speed connecting to Barton Rd. Wheels spins when setting off from the junction. No need.

Another abuser of disabled parking bays without displaying a blue badge. A healthy looking couple got into the car and drove off. There was nothing visual regarding any disability but the main thing is they didn’t display a blue badge.
