Jumps red light twice. Once at Owen Road/Torrisholme Road lights and then at Parliament Street on the other side of Skerton Bridge. Unfortunately he got held up by traffic in front of him at the lights near Bulk Road so I caught up and got his details.

No excuse for this kind of intimidation. An increasing number of people seem to think they can get away with this kind of behaviour. If they were as much of a "hard case" as they obviously thought, they would have got out and confronted the dash cam car over whatever perceived incident they think had occurred... but they didn't did they and we all know why.
