Either a blind idiot or more likely an ignorant arsehole. Decides they don't want to wait any longer and pulls out on roundabout causing other drivers to take avoiding action.

Audi TT driver dawdling from Clitheroe to Blackburn.
They managed 25 mph at one point in a a 30 zone,rest of time 15 max.
Through Blackburn they ended up doing about 10mph.
Looked like they were on their phone.
I despair.

No excuse for this kind of intimidation. An increasing number of people seem to think they can get away with this kind of behaviour. If they were as much of a "hard case" as they obviously thought, they would have got out and confronted the dash cam car over whatever perceived incident they think had occurred... but they didn't did they and we all know why.
