Audi TT driver dawdling from Clitheroe to Blackburn.
They managed 25 mph at one point in a a 30 zone,rest of time 15 max.
Through Blackburn they ended up doing about 10mph.
Looked like they were on their phone.
I despair.

As we come off the motorway this guy in his works van wanted to be really close to my rear end so much so that i couldn't read his number plate all the way to the 3rd set of traffic lights. I only caught his plate when he overtook wildly, nearly clipping my rear end in the process.
