Whoever currently has this car is driving a stolen car. This car was robbed off me whilst living in Preston in August and I’ve recently had to move out of the area due to the traumatic experience. If it’s still being driven please hand it into the police, you aren’t legally allowed to drive this vehicle and you will be arrested if caught.

It had a CVLA INF32 leaflet on the dashboard, which suggests its was untaxed.
Although there are no yellow lines, there are parking signs, and in any case, this vehicle is parked on the pedestrian pavement. About 50 yards away there is a 15 minute unloading area.
If you are going to drive an untaxed, and possibly uninsured vehicle, it would make sense not to park it anywhere remotely questionable.

So I was parked on Rishton Lane, Bolton bl3. This driver Pj14 vsc drove past really fast and hit my Wong mirror thinking i wasn't in the car, I got out of the car the guy just drove off really horrible and bad thing to do.i have attached photos.
