Not prepared to wait in traffic queues he drives up the inside lane of a dual carriageway undertaking as far as he can get then cuts up the last car he can manage to turn right (into mythop road). You really need to realise that FOG lights are intended for use in FOG and not to be used on a normal clear night and blind everybody in front of you!!
