Clown decided to turn around in my drive, couldn't be bothered going to parking place 20 yards further on. A woman got out to move all my cones everywhere, I said "thank you very much for moving all my cones now I'll have to put them all back again." She ignored me. He starts backing into me then gives an arrogant wave as he pulled out in front of a some cars, a dangerous manoeuvre.
I wonder if it ever crossed their minds why the cones were there? No. I doubt that they do much thinking.

This lady reversed into the wall infront of my house and damaged it. Reported to police said nothing they can do without evidence. If you see her get your phone out she isn’t fit to drive.
