This kn0bhead used the right turn lane to go straight on then sounds his horn at me for choosing the right turn lane after I exited the roundabout in the correct lane.

While walking in the Broadgate area of Preston, I was walking along a one way street only to see this vehicle being driven the wrong way with oncoming traffic having to get out of his way.
The road in concern is Wolseley Road.

Old man pulled out in front of me at a roundabout. Then proceed to slam on his breaks because I used my horn. Dangerous idiot!

Was this person drunk? They were all over the bloody road and nearly went on to the public path. Absolutely dangerous could of caused a serious collision or injury.
