Harassment of a slower driver doing this.
The slow driver is still entitled to his or her private space and reasonable space around their vehicle but there are too many morons who drive too close to the vehicle in front irrespective of whether it is doing the speed limit or going too slow.
I’ve seen it a lot on the A6 between Kendal and Manchester.
