Went around Shrimp roundabouts aggressively at some speed and turned into Westgate.
Looked as if there was a police chase without the police.

Speeding in Lea Gate, Preston at the roadworks but more especially speeding up then tailgating another vehicle in front which wasn’t going as fast, and this wasn’t just tailgating but harassment as this driver looked to be intimidating the vehicle in front to go faster. A manipulative freak I would say!
