Impatient driver saved themselves five seconds, utter selfish, my safety does not matter!
There was no other vehicle approaching on the opposite carriageway, the following motorcyclist was not impressed, as he slowed when he overtook me and open his helmet visor and said so.

no, you shouldnt be allowed to park there- it obstructs the road, put the car on a driveway or you can't own it! roads are for moving things on, not parking.
