There are two identical cars in Preston with this registration plate. I passed it heading to Preston from Blackpool. However the same reg number pulled out of Swansea Street Preston as I entered Preston. As it's impossible for the car to turn around and come back to Preston in that time it's obviously a fraud. Young thin driver I passed near Kirkham turn off Moira a fat old driver at Swansea Street. This is car cloning, perverting the course of justice and fraud. How can a car be heading to Blackpool but also coming out of Swansea Street a few minutes later when impossible to get back to that location? It was heading opposite direction to me when I past it so physically impossible it could be back in Preston before me. Alleged owner Moira Clayton 20 Swansea Street Preston. Number of cloned cars......? Police please investigate

He keeps parking up outside the old children's home on Wellington Road. He goes inside even though its closed down! Goodness knows what he's up to in there. Its only meant to be used for children's care according to lease. He is Caritas care adult disability manager. Don't like the building being empty but he's oddball going in on his own.

That is one dangerous junction. Maybe slow down a bit yourself.
