Should be easy to film? I would highly recommend it - as well as reporting it to the police I'd upload it to you-know-where. It's a public place and no laws are being broken by filming; indeed, many feel it is within the public interests to have crazy drivers 'caught in the act' for want of a better word. If they're caught doing it they're gonna have a hard time denying it (especially when the police see their reg). Trust me you aren't the only one sick of people like this.

This old girl wasn't having a good day, she flew out of a junction and was nearly hit by the car in front of me. It is a Keep Clear but the lights were green and the traffic flowing, she went round like it was a corner, shockingly bad driving.
