Just witnessed a car smash into a traffic-calming bollard...this is a 20mph road, within a school zone, alongside a park - but a notorious rat run. I took his number plate and will be reporting - don't see why the tax payer should pay for the damage!

Drives through red light about two seconds after it turned to red - clearly no attempt to stop but get trough before traffic started from either side.

Approaches at speed, swerves in front of me and then back out trying to play chicken

Tailgating Merc driver speeding and then getting too close for comfort trying to subconsciously make me go faster but I was watching my speedometer and kept to a constant speed.
Unfortunately there were problems due to floods where traffic was at a standstill and I had to slow down.
Impatient as he was he decided to turn around and go back at which it gave me the opportunity to get his registration number.
