Heavy speed in day time, they have a little one in the back. Always texting while she's driving. Yesterday around 5:45 I was getting my shopping out the car and she came in heavy speed from waterloo rd using her phone and didn't even see the cat crossing. Also the little child was in the back. That cat is my neighbor's, he an old man whose lost his wife. And she didn't even care.

Pulls out from side road onto busier B5269 on a “blind” junction - not much visibility of approaching traffic. Didn’t even approach junction cautiously to be able to have stopped in time if necessary but barges out in front of approaching stream of traffic. Could have been a pile up.

Should not be allowed on the road at these speeds. A friend of mine failed their test for doing 30 in a 50 so either you have zero confidence on the road or you were pissed.

In atrocious conditions this speeder was overtaking traffic in the 30 zone but wasn’t able to speed up and overtake me in the 50 zone due to oncoming traffic so he tailgated me like a bum boy all the way to Great Eccleston. I kept a safe distance from the vehicle in front but If I had to brake PL66AXF would have skidded and gone into me. What a thicko.
