PL53DTY is regularly seen on workday mornings speeding, tailgating motorists in 20mph zones trying to get past - especially Bulk Road and St Leonard’s Gate, speeding up the hill towards Dalton Square and jumping red lights.
The earliest seen (around 06:40) is opposite Rylands Park on Torrisholme Road between Elmsdale Close and Owen Road,where the driver is expected to be residing. Seen going up the hill past Lancaster Castle towards the railway station for their destination.
