This absolute mouth breather nearly caused a three car pile up on Formby Bypass - Lane switching constantly without indicators, throwing fingers out the window (his misses obviously isn't letting him use his fingers in the house). And who ever passed him as a driver should have his eyes tested.

Drove like a nutter on the M25 in rush hour, jumping lanes every two seconds and driving at least 10MPH faster than the rest of the traffic. Caused many people to brake suddenly and cut through gaps that were only one car length wide... very dangerous driver.
