Either jumped red light in roadworks (Wrea Green) or comes out of a property within at the wrong time meeting oncoming traffic being let through on green.
Couldn’t this dickhead wait for traffic to finish going their way and join it at the end instead of deciding to go on their own and meet oncoming traffic? Probably too impatient to wait.

This driver nearly caused me a serious accident!! On Dwerryhouse Lane in Liverpool i was driving 30 (in a 30 speed limit area) and he approached from behind at at least 50mph, he didn't slow down and instead held his hand on the horn, he was going to crash into me and there were cars in the other lane which I had to risk cutting into. He sped past and took the exit onto Murihead Ave and continued to speed in and out of lanes to dodge cars. I reported him to the police.
