I witnessed this driver come upto a railway bridge that was too low for it and he even knew that, but still attempted to fit and got himself wedged. Shouldn't be on the roads, simple as!

Although the Audi was driving marginally fast I would say you were more at fault here. Personally I would have waited a bit longer or kept over to the left until the Audi had passed. In my experience pulling out into the right lane will upset many fast drivers..
