Yesterday I witnessed this yob flooring it between the lights in heavy traffic (launch control in a traffic jam?!). Further to this, the exhaust was clearly blowing, indicating a fault which is quite frankly embarrassing with a new car. The combination of excessive speed and noise in those conditions stinks of little d*ck energy. Muppet.

Please provide more detail. See, the problem as I see it is you're a) making allegations against someone, and b) nobody else here actually knows the specific circumstances.
In other words, you're opening yourself wide up to libel and slander?
This is not a notice that I condone theft. I don't. I just want these reports to stay active especially if there is a justified concern. All you have to do is use the correct wording, including such words as "alleged". This way everyone is treated fairly and due process can reside. Otherwise we just end up with spurious accusations from all and sundry and it just ends up as chaos.
So if you can, please provide some observational detail regarding what is in this image :) Thank you.

oh my god!! that truck has my shagging mobile of a car inside! its what i use to take my extremely autistic son Joseph Kearney to daisy chains with so i pray to god nothing has happened to it... no car equals no daisy chain and i would hate to see my beautiful skater of a son have an autistic meltdown because when he does he whips his willy out and wacks me in the face with it. not pleasant!
