Do that to me and your car could well have a nice scratch down the side or dent where you force me to remind you of my presence in response to the threat you pose. Don't like it? It's a very small engined car, the acceleration isn't good on these. Maybe she was also waiting to reach the long straight stretch of road so she could build up some speed to get past the tractor. It's easy to blame the other driver for your mistake of not giving her a chance to get past. It's not a race, you need to allow for other drivers.
