First car in the photo, both parked on double yellows which are on both sides of the road and causing a potential hazard and blockage of the road especially of an ambulance or fire engine needed to get to the elderly residential areas around here. Also there is a car park where the photo was taken from which had several empty spaces

Don't clear all windows/vehicle after snowfall before driving off and although has been advised not to drive/travel unless absolutely necessary wants to try to prove his vehicle is up to the job << not the sort of driver I would want to meet on the road.... lacking intelligence and understanding
