BMW coming out of St Peters Rd, Lancs, doesn't really stop at the junction and as he climbs the hill it's obvious why - he never saw it because he was too busy texting on his phone.

Speeding (to a point) but then tailgating the vehicle in front along Bowerham Road in Lancaster.
It was mostly the tailgating which was the issue. If he had driven at that speed with nobody in front then I wouldn’t have commented - it is when they get up the backsides of others keeping closer to the speed limit which I don’t like.
