This guy is clearly blind, pulled straight off the M25 onto A127 without looking, i had to slam on my brakes to stop hitting him, he then decided to cut me up a couple of miles down the road, moron thinks he owns the road, lucky i wasnt in my van or i would have just plowed into the side of him and claimed injuries!

This number plate is registered to a Ford Fiesta LX car, but it has been stolen, cloned and used on a white van and may of been used to steal fuel or other criminal activity. If you see it on the road report it to the police
