Aggressive driving on the M3, high beaming for miles, stopped in refuge area to let him carry on and he stopped also and was intimidating etc.

This driver RJ59LVA has no knowledge of motorway driving or the dangers he put to his passengers. He has absolutely no idea that the outside Lane/s are actually OVERTAKING LANES. I was astonished to see he had two young children and a very embarrassed woman in the car. He shows a perfect example of how to behave in front of children. I had to illegally undertake him to put a stop to it. I didn't flash my lights, sound my horn or try to discompfort him in any way. I am sure his passengers were greatful of that.
