The lane he was in was to turn right but wanted to go straight on so decided to cut me up then slam on breaks

Ok so I have downsyndrome and it gets triggered when I heard loud noises, ok so I heard this kiddo reving the car bare loud and it triggered me and made me really sad I hope he gets taken off the streets as he makes me sad
