The person who said that the driver 'Well he is warning you of his presence', needs to read the Highway Code'.
Highway Code 112 statesstates that vehicle horns are only to be used to warn other road users of your presence, and should not be used as a greeting or expression of annoyance. Which it was in this case.
In this case it was an expression of annoyance.
