To answer the questions here as I posted the video:
1) Passenger did the filming.
2) This was 2 lane road with 60mph limit. I was in right lane as was about to take third exit on roundabout.
Finally, NOTHING gives you the right to drive so dangerously close to another car. If I even braked slightly, a major crash would have happened as both cars were driving at 60mph.
This guy is a moron, he can easily overtake if he's not happy at my speed but he chose to bully/intimidate instead - it didn't work.

I was walking down pelican lane next to a very busy school, up a one way road and out of nowhere a black Honda hatchback came down the wrong direction of the one way road carelessly. Thankfully there wasn’t a child crossing the road at the time. I couldn’t agree more with the previous comment. This reckless driver should be taken off the road immediately.
