I agree with his motive, but not his methods.
Swearing, shouting, ordering people about and acting like you are a law unto yourself was unwarranted and could potentially have criminal repercussions. It can also be dangerous because you never know what kind of person you are approaching - it is imperative you take the moral hight ground and stay on the right side of the law.
