What driveway? That is not a driveway. They are parked on a pavement, hanging over the carriageway. I suppose the owner has been stealing post-it notes and pens from work for 20 years and because she has never been caught, thinks she is entitled. Note that the neighbours park sideways because they know the difference between right and wrong.
