Idiot of a driver. Coming out of Kennet Island in Reading on his phone, completely oblivious to the fact he had gone through a red light at a cross junction on a very busy road in rush hour into on coming traffic. Dangerous careless driver.

Busy road, main route for ambulances, moving traffic competing with parked cars for space, then some dozy van driver does this

This guy in his 50-60 overtook me from left side went onto my lane from behind tried to push off the road and then quickly slowed down went behind me and sat 10mm behind me try to cause me to fall( was heavily raining )
