Likes to complain, offer advice and threaten when caught unaware of traffic approaching from behind but doesn't bother to have wing mirrors on his bike. Not the sharpest tool in the shed. Also likes to undercut traffic, slow down and then whizz off.

I actually tried my best remembering his number and I'm glad it's right one. It was blue Honda civic actually. I spotted him in Hainault in Feb 2018 . Few kids were crossing the as I think they may have finished their evening school. He out of 4 to 5 drivers actually had a sensible logic to give these pedestrian way.
