I was turning right on a roundabout when the above car came up my outside, cut right across the front of me then turned left.
I have it on my dash cam but the footage is 3 minutes long & I don't know how to shorten it yet to upload.

This driver of Citroen Nemo is absolutely A hole.
I'm concerned that this sick headed driver will hurt someone/Cyclist soon. Harassing with window washer, blocking, move side way close to left side of road's edge,(intentionally and it's purposely).

UNDERTOOK, PULLED ACROSS FRONT AND SLAMED ON BRAKES. REFUSED TO GIVE DETAILS AT SCENE THEN DROVE OFF. POSSIBLE CRASH FOR CASH FOILED WHEN HE WAS INFORMED OF DASH CAM FOOTAGE.
INCIDENT WAS IN BIRMINGHAM 07/052016
