Man driving. Went through the traffic calming measure when his way was not clear and not his right of way causing gridlock through woodplumpton at peak time. When advised by several pedestrians and drivers to back up he did nothing. Causing delays for everyone.

A bit daft mounting a camera to the front of your helmet like that. So many bikers and cyclist mount cameras to skid lids without realising the added danger they cause in an accident. Stay safe.
