Total disregard for red lights.
On a previous occasion, while displaying L plates, he pulled a wheelie here. With no gloves, normal jacket and trainers!
Another time he pulled out in front of me, causing me to brake, and sped off far exceeding the 40mph limit.

This lazy sod thinks the zig-zag lines for the zebra crossing near his shop are his own personal loading bay. His van blocks the view of traffic coming from the left and I have often seen parents with baby buggies have to step into the road to peer around it. He does this all the time whenever the nearest free space is more than the few yards this entitled jerk can be bothered walking.
